Twice Is Nice is a locally-owned boutique that offers affordable prices on a variety of second-hand women's fashions.
Voted "Best in the Valley" by Northern Virginia Daily Readers for seven years in row, we’ve built a reputation throughout Winchester & the Shenandoah Valley for our high-quality clothes, accessories & some home goods.
We also host special events and fashion shows.
Meet The Team
Amber Koehler (Owner, left): Amber has lived in the Winchester area for the past two decades and has fallen deeply in love with our community.
She strives to offer a unique shopping experience to all who visit her lovely little shoppe. She has her degree in art history and studio design which you'll see reflected in her artsy, quirky store!
Cece (Store Manager, right): Laceilea (aka Cece) is a fashion merchandising major at VCU.
Her goal in working at Twice Is Nice is to provide a positive environment and maintain a beautiful shoppe for beautiful shoppers. Cece loves using her artistic eye to assemble ensembles- whether it's on mannequins or by helping style you!
